    Interests

Apart from learning more about coding, I use most of my free time at the gym; being in the gym lets me disassociate from all other tasks and focus on one particular activity. Lifting Weight. It is here where I feel like I can be alone with my thoughts and have time to think. It's pretty nice.

Aside from lifting, there are a few small hobbies that I like doing: One of them is collecting and listening to vinyl records, which is something you probably wouldn't think I would if you asked me what music I listened to in person. I also enjoy building model figures and keeping up with what's latest in the tech world.

    Projects

    • Eye-Full Genesis X
      Team Eye-Full
tall notecard tower created by team

This project was a competition to see which team could make the most money building a structure at least 36 inches tall and holding a stack of 10 pennies. This all had to be done within 25 minutes.

With our team consistently practicing to build the tower within that timeframe and developing a program that calculated our costs to profit margins, our team was not only able to win first place for the year, but we were able to beat every past record since the competition's debut!

    • Connect 4

Using Python3, the program uses the turtl library to import a png file of a connect 4 board and asks two users to play connect 4. Both players can quit or tie, but only one can win!

    • Go!

A project created during the school year; using Python3 it creates a 10 x 10 board in the IDE or terminal and requires to players to play. From there, all you can do is place pieces on a board while the program counts the number of total moves were made and the points accumulated by both players.
